I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Inn. felt compelled to share the wonderful experience I had during my stay. From the moment I arrived, your staff was friendly and welcoming, and checking in was quick and easy. The room was cozy, spotless, and made me feel right at home. I also had the opportunity to enjoy your fantastic amenities, which were a great addition to my stay. What stood out most, however, was the breakfast team. The ladies were not only attentive but also incredibly kind and efficient. They ensured everything was spotless, well-stocked, and ran smoothly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to take a moment to recognize Jason at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. When I decided to extend my visit, Jason was not only helpful but also resourceful, quickly assisting me in booking another night. He handled a few concerns I had promptly and professionally, displaying patience and tact throughout. His dedication to ensuring my needs were met did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate his effort. I can confidently say that Jason's professionalism and outstanding customer service turned my stay into an unforgettable experience. Jason is a remarkable asset to your team, and I hope he continues to thrive as both a front desk associate and a potential leader within your organization. The entire hotel is beautiful - very posh. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle that was perfect for what we needed - super punctual, with a friendly and helpful driver. We made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend this hotel for a business traveler with an early morning flight. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel offers a free breakfast buffet which we weren't able to take advantage of because our flight was so early, but adjacent to the hotel is a wonderful Mexican-themed restaurant where the food (and cocktails!) were delicious. Another plus is that you can take the food and drinks back to your room as the hotel is literally right next door.

Comfort inn suites at Revere gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Boston. The included breakfast is just amazing, tons of delicious options. The suit itself is clean, comfortable and the decorations are very tasteful. The bus shuttle to the airport station/pick up is a life saver. The hotel has everything you need, they literally got you covered for everything (inside pool, laundry room, fitness center). I’d like to give a special shoutout to the staff, everyone from desk to cleaning are wonderful people ready to help. 100/10 experience.

The room was clean and staff were wonderful. The breakfast that was included was a hot breakfast, including eggs, protein and a potato option each day. I wish breakfast went a little later, for those mornings where you want to take it slow, but the option to ask for take out containers was appreciated. The bed was quite firm, but we slept very well. For my spouse who smokes, the smoking spot was close to the exit doors of the lobby on the backside of the property. It was well lit and well maintained.

The shuttle service, with runs to the airport every 30 minutes, was exceptional; we used the shuttle service several times. To avoid downtown Boston parking, we shuttled to the airport and then took the subway service downtown. The hot breakfast was great and there was a pool for the kids.
