Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport

The Comfort Inn is exceptionally good for a U.S. hotel near a large airport catering to air travellers. They have 4 airport shuttle busses, and although our shuttle took some time to arrive, we were well informed on the phone, and the driver even helped with the heavy luggage. The rooms were spotlesly clean, the bed comforable, and the breakfast buffet was actually quite good. There's even an excellent Mexican restaurant in the same building. There were several airline crews staying in the hotel. All together an acceptable experience for a weary traveller.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free included breakfast was good and had ample choices. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lounge area has coffee and tea as well as ice water if you need to hang pre/post checkout.

The ladies were not only attentive but also incredibly kind and efficient. They ensured everything was spotless, well-stocked, and ran smoothly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to take a moment to recognize Jason at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. When I decided to extend my visit, Jason was not only helpful but also resourceful, quickly assisting me in booking another night. He handled a few concerns I had promptly and professionally, displaying patience and tact throughout. His dedication to ensuring my needs were met did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate his effort. I can confidently say that Jason's professionalism and outstanding customer service turned my stay into an unforgettable experience. Jason is a remarkable asset to your team, and I hope he continues to thrive as both a front desk associate and a potential leader within your organization. Because of my wonderful experience, I will absolutely be returning, and I have already recommended your hotel to my friends and family so they can enjoy the same outstanding service.

Property itself was very nice. All staff we ran into were very courteous. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant that is attached. The free hotel shuttle is awesome and one of the main reasons we picked the hotel. Location is close to the airport

Comfort inn suites at Revere gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Boston. The included breakfast is just amazing, tons of delicious options. The suit itself is clean, comfortable and the decorations are very tasteful. The bus shuttle to the airport station/pick up is a life saver. The hotel has everything you need, they literally got you covered for everything (inside pool, laundry room, fitness center). I’d like to give a special shoutout to the staff, everyone from desk to cleaning are wonderful people ready to help. 100/10 experience.
